Located in 13th arrondissement near the French National Library (BNF) and other student universities such as Paris Sorbonne 1, YouFirst Tolbiac will provide students with an authentic experience of student life in France. The area is a busy hub with lots of restaurants and cafes, and within easy access to several metro lines so that students can easily navigate Paris.

YouFirst Tolbiac offers residents the option to live in fully equipped individual studios, including a kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom. There will also be an onsite AUP Resident Advisor who will assist you with any issues or questions that arise in your everyday life. They will also organize get-togethers designed to foster the kind of long-lasting friendships college campuses are known to create and to further promote the AUP community within the residence.

YouFirst Tolbiac is the perfect choice for students who are seeking the French college student experience in Paris. If you want to meet students from other universities, both French and international, all of whom are discovering the city just as you are, YouFirst Tolbiac might be the place for you. Living in the 13th arrondissement will give students the opportunity to live in a predominantly residential neighborhood and to explore an often-overlooked area of Paris. Much like Nexity and Studelites, YouFirst has multiple student residences across Paris; the Tolbiac location specifically has been home to AUP students in the past.

PLEASE NOTE: Students assigned to YouFirst will imperatively need to secure housing insurance for their unit before moving in; housing insurance is a legal requirement for tenants in France. YouFirst residents should thus account for an additional 40€/year for housing insurance costs – the housing office will send a detailed guide once assignments are finalized with step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for an insurance policy for your YouFirst studio.
