On October 6, 2017, representatives of the Student Government and Student Media donned hard hats and took a walk through the Quai d’Orsay construction site.
Accompanied by Interim Provost Hank Kreuzman and Director of Campus Planning David Horn, the student group had an opportunity to learn about the project and to see the building in its initial state. Amid piles of cables and heating pipes, they asked lots of questions and offered valuable input on the features they would like to see in the future learning center.
Visibly impressed by the scale of our largest campus building, our guests couldn’t help pulling out their phones and snapping selfies as they discovered the eighth floor and its stunning views of the Grand Palais, Montmartre, la Défense and the Trocadéro.
