AUP alumni and families are invited to join us for another virtual cooking class with French cooking school, La Cuisine Paris. This time, guests will learn to prepare choux pastry, one of the most versatile pastry techniques. Recipes will include gougères, savory elegant Cheese puffs, perfect for entertaining, as well as the classic French éclair with vanilla cream filling and chocolate sauce on top.
This class is priced at €35 and will be held in English. Register to receive the Zoom link and a list of easy-to-find ingredients before the event.
