Humanitarian Presentation Evening: AUP welcomes AMADE (Association Mondiale des Amis de l'Enfance)

Tuesday, April 21, 2015 - 18:00

The American University of Paris welcomes AMADE (Association Mondiale des Amis de l'Enfance) on April 21 2015 to speak to the AUP community about AMADE's vision for development and to present some of their projects, in particular those which are currently taking place in Burundi. AMADE is a Monaco-based NGO, founded in 1963 in accordance with the wishes of Princess Grace of Monaco. The organization’s raison d'être is to protect the most vulnerable children from violence, exploitation and abuse and to ensure children’s access to basic human rights, allowing them to develop accordingly.

Join us on Tuesday, April 21st at 6:00pm in C-104 to learn more about AMADE’s mission and about volunteering and internship opportunities with AMADE. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session and then wine and cheese.
