Internship Forms for Students, Faculty, and Staff

Internship Forms for Students

You must request approval at least two weeks in advance of the internship start date in order for the Internship Office to process your request and to register the internship with AUP. There are four reasons for which your internship would require registration:

  1. the internship is taking place in France
  2. to receive university credit
  3. the employer requires AUP’s signature on a contract
  4. to fulfill a Global Professional Skills (GPS) Program requirement.

If one of the above reasons applies to your internship, you must complete the appropriate form below. In France, interning without student status and without an internship contract is illegal.
