Archiving Inactive Teams

Dear AUP Users,

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a streamlined and secure environment, AUP ITS has archived all inactive or dormant teams. This process includes any team that has not been active for over a year or is classified as “orphaned” (lacking a designated owner).

What This Means for You?

If you are part of a team that has been inactive or unowned, it may be archived.

How to Retain Your Team?

If you still need access to any inactive or orphaned team, it can be reactivated by following a simple un-archiving process:

  • Go to your archived teams section in the application
  • Locate the team or group you need and select it.
  • Click on the options to unarchive it
