Each semester, the American University of Paris welcomes parents and families of incoming students to discover the University and campus life through AUP Parent Orientation. Through a series of virtual and in-person events, our faculty and staff will guide you through important topics and welcome you into our global community.

Join Vice President and Dean of Student Services Marc Montheard, Dean of Student Development Kevin Fore and Parent Relations Manager Dana Callaghan P'22 & P'25 to learn about safety on and off campus, campus security, health and wellness resources, housing, phones, banking, metro passes, life in Paris and ways to support your student from afar.
Join Vice President Tim Rogers and Academic Advisor Vester Smith to learn more about classes and resources available to visiting and partner students, and how to support your students while they study at AUP.
Join Provost William Fisher, Director of Advising, Careers and Experiential Learning Director Darcee Caron, and Associate Dean for Academic Administration Christine Tomasek to learn how AUP provides an innovative, integrated, experiential learning experience that will propel students to meaningful careers.
Join Vice President and Dean of Student Services Marc Montheard, Parent Relations Manager Dana Callaghan P ‘22 & P‘25, Residential Life Manager Jennifer Larsen, and Student Development Helpdesk Coordinator Yann Louis for a practical session on what students can expect upon arrival in Paris and during orientation week. We will cover the airport shuttle, checking into housing, an overview of the student orientation week and how to support your student as they take their next step in Paris.
