Exhibition: “Syria: Drawing an Uncertain Future”

Fine Arts Gallery
Saturday, May 20, 2017 - 16:00 to 17:00

There is no more universal language than that of art for expressing solidarity and connection. This year, students, faculty, and staff at The American University of Paris engaged in a vast, community-building project with Souria Houria, a remarkable association that provides socio-educative and psychological support to displaced Syrians in France. Two other associations, Revivre and Alwane, joined us along the way to  contribute to our collective work. The result, “Syria: Drawing an Uncertain Future”, will be unveiled for the AUP community on May 20 from 16:00 to 17:00 in the Combes' Fine Arts Gallery.

A reception will be served and copies of our beautiful art book, “Syria: Drawing an Uncertain Future” will be available for purchase.
