Picking Up Caps and Gowns 

AUP graduates who take part in Commencement Ceremony are required to wear the school's official caps and gowns. The Bookstore will be handing out your caps and gowns and 2 free tickets to the ceremony. They do not hand out hoods or cords or sell the gala/party tickets. There is no need to reserve anything if you can come and collect your items in person. 

If you are out of town or not able to come in person you can have a friend in Paris come and pick up the gown, cap, and 2 free tickets for you here at the Bookstore. 

We just need to know your: 

• friend's name  
• your height  
• your degree, BA or MA 

If that is not an option we can prepare all your items in a bag, ready for you to pick up at the theatre in the morning of the ceremony.  

Bookstore opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00-12:30 and 13:30-16:00 

Please take note of the following exceptions:  May 1, 9, 10 and 20: Closed for university and national holidays.
