Join us for an afternoon of everything Choux where you will learn the secrets of the famous Choux Pastry used to make the delicate and beautiful iconic Éclair ! In this hands-on baking workshop you will make from start to finish your lovely pastries, and accompany them with sumptuous fillings and glaçage (glazing).
