Please join the AUP community on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in welcoming Anne Ditmeyer (MAGC '11) back to campus for her talk "How I became French!" In this talk, Anne will share her experience and trajectory from being an AUP MAGC student to an 'unexpected entrepreneur,' and all the way to the multi-passionate French-American designer, educator, creative coach and consultant that she is today. A wine and cheese reception will follow immediately after the presentation.
Students, faculty, staff, friends and other community members may register below.
Please note that ID is required to enter the building. External attendees (those who are not current AUP students/faculty/staff) must register in advance, before Monday, March 9, 2020.
About Anne Ditmeyer
Anne Ditmeyer (MAGC '11) is an American—and French—designer, educator, creative coach and consultant based in Paris, France. She founded her blog Prêt à Voyager(translation: ready to travel) in 2007 to explore the intersection of travel and design with the mantra "travel is not about where you go, but how you see the world." Her blog has long been her best business card.
As a multi-passionate entrepreneur, Anne's work seeks to combine travel, graphic design, design thinking, UX design/research, storytelling, and communication in interesting ways through writing, tours and experiences, and creative workshops. Anne enjoys being her own boss and collaborating with a range of clients including Adobe, Airbnb, Aquent, AUP, Parsons Paris, Skillshare, OpenClassrooms, Louis Vuitton, Moët Hennessy, as well as creatives and small businesses around the world.
