Professor Frank began teaching at AUP in the spring 2025 semester. He is an independent creative leader and author, and his book on leading creative teams is due to be published in 2025. He has also shared his thoughts on the topic in forums including Muse By Clio, Advertising Age, and Real Creative Leadership, as well as speaking at agencies and mentoring fellow creatives.

Most recently, he was Executive Creative Director of LinkedIn, where his team was named Advertising Age In-House Agency of the Year and he was named to Campaign’s 40 over 40 list. His work developing the LinkedIn brand also helped the company land a spot on the Interbrand and BrandZ Top Global Brands list. Prior to LinkedIn, he was a Creative Director at Apple, and held creative positions in agencies including the first copywriter at Venables, Bell and Partners.

His work has been recognized by every major advertising awards show including Cannes Lions, The One Show, D&AD, Communication Arts, and the Effies.
