AUP has partnered with Residhome to offer students the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of 24/7 hotel service in three different locations: Opera, Issy les Moulineaux, and Rosa Parks. Residhome Issy Les Moulineaux is located 2 miles south from the heart of the 15th arrondissement (adjacent to Paris intra-muros), close to the Seine river and to the lusciously green Ile Saint-Germain park. Residhome Rosa Parks is located in the 19th arrondissement, close to one of our other student residences (Appartcity La Villette) and to Parc de La Villette. AUP has reserved single apartments (for one students) and twin apartments (for two students) in each of these two locations. Residhome Opera is in the heart of Paris, in a lively neighborhood near Opera Garnier - AUP has reserved single apartments (for one student) in this exciting location in the 9th arrondissement. Students will be able to select a specific Residhome location and room type when indicating their housing preferences.

THE AUP INSIDER TIP:

Like Citadines, Residhome offers the best of both worlds: students have their own studios, while also benefiting from the services and assistance of dedicated, attentive hotel staff. However, because these locations are not entirely occupied by AUP students and attract a lot of business travelers, you will be sharing a floor and a building with guests who will expect the same level of courtesy, peace and quiet they would experience in any other hotel. We work closely with our Residhome partners to ensure that students fully enjoy their living experience while also being mindful of Residhome regulations and not disturbing other guests.
