Similar to Citadines, Appart’City offers the best of both worlds, between apartment and hotel-style living. In a bustling and lively neighborhood of the 19th arrondissement, in a street lined with restaurants and cafes, our Appart’City La Villette location is close to cultural places with easy access to tourist sites. AUP has reserved studio apartments (for one student) – in this residence, students will enjoy nice amenities and access to the apartment-hotel’s courtyard.

Appart’City La Villette offers the luxury of staying in a hotel with on-call staff ready to assist 24/7 to the student’s needs as well as the comfort of having your own space in your studio apartment. As Appart’City is not entirely occupied by AUP students, you will be sharing a floor and a building with guests who will expect the same level of courtesy, peace and quiet they would experience in any other hotel. We work closely with our Appart’City partners to ensure that students fully enjoy their living experience while also being mindful of Appart’City regulations and not disturbing other guests. Appart’City La Villette is also the perfect spot for students who want to explore the musical scene in Paris: the Zenith concert hall, the Trabendo club, and the Philharmonique are all walking distance!
