Take an early morning train to Bourg-en-Bresse, a former capital of Savoy where Margaret of Austria built the magnificent royal monastery of Brou in honor of her (third) husband Philibert the Fair. Explore the buildings while admiring both one of the most splendid window cycles of the Renaissance and the extravagant tombs which the politically savvy regent of Flanders designed in order to consolidate Habsburg power and rest for eternity by her husband’s side.

Late cancelation fee: €85
Payment for study trips is due as soon as the trip is officially confirmed by email from the CP Coordinator, Alexis Dang.
