As foreseen by French law, this document clarifies for all members of our community the expectations, rights, responsibilities and obligations of all employees of the institution. The exceptional diversity which is represented by AUP's ranks requires a high level of understanding and tolerance of the cultural specificities that both differentiate and unite us. The Regulations, despite the legal language, exist in order to maintain a respectful and harmonious atmosphere, and a professional culture and working conditions that are in line with the values and mission of AUP, an educational institution dedicated to the respect of all its members.
