Outlook is the Microsoft email application that is free to use for all AUP Community members.
With Outlook on your desktop or mobile device, you are able to:
Manage your emails and highlight the most important messages.
Manage, share your calendar and schedule meetings easily.
Share files from the cloud so that your colleagues always see the latest version.

Microsoft has set up a series of videos to help you train on Outlook on your own.
LinkedIn Learning is also a very rich source of information with a series of videos led by professional to guide you step by step. Access it with your AUP email address and see all the content they offer about Outlook.
Your primary email address is composed of your NetID + @aup.edu (NetIDaup.edu) and it has the same password as your NetID. Besides, anyone can email you typing your firstname.lastnameaup.edu, your alternative email address.
For students: the letter 'a' followed by your student number + @aup.edu (ex: a123456aup.edu)
For faculty and staff members: the initial of your first name followed by your last name + @aup.edu (ex: dsmithaup.edu)
You will be prompted to enter the two digit verification by the MFA
Make sure to have your phone ready to enter the two-digit code the MFA will prompt you to verify in order to access your e-mail.
Your AUP email account cannot be forwarded to an external address. You have to use your AUP email address when conducting university business because important messages from the university are often only sent by email. Only the messages related to your AUP NetID maintenance and password reset will be sent to your personal address.
Also, the IT department will use this address to keep you informed of application updates, warnings, training and other technical information. Please check your AUP email on a regular basis to keep in touch with your AUP fellow students, colleagues, faculty and staff.
