Events Assistance

The Multimedia Office supports all AUP events from conception to execution. This includes providing advice, technical training, equipment loans (as needed), assistance with estimating and delivering equipment, installation, usage, and return, as well as room technology checks and support. While the Multimedia Office does not offer filming or recording services, it may assist with some post-production tasks, such as data extraction, storage, and transfer, if a recording is made

Eligible organizers are invited to contact the Multimedia Office ahead of time and, in any case, to fill out the Multimedia information section of the Room Reservation Form.

We will assist you in preparing your event for your IT and Multimedia needs, but we will NOT:

  • Record your event
  • Schedule or manage Teams meetings
  • Remain at the event location “just in case”
